1. Recap of Workshop
NCAA History: How the NCAA formulated and why you have the right to play.
NCAA Rules and Regs: It's not all fun and games. The rules you must follow to succeed on and off the field as a collegiate athlete.
Steroids: The effects they can have on your body and mind, not just now, but in the future
Health and Sports: An exploration of concussion research in modern sport and the effects injuries/the athletic culture can have on you as you progress through life
Students will have opportunity to share why they feel their Holland code/personality type does/does not fit them.
